- •Adult patients undegoing neurosurgery needed motor evoked potential (MEP) monitoring.
- •Patients who agree to be a subject for present study of their own volition after full explaination about the study by investigator.
排除标准
- •Body weight within ±30% of ideal body weight
- •Neuromuscular, renal and hepatic disease
- •Any medications which can affect neuromuscular trasmission
- •pregnant or breast feeding women
