- •1.Individuals within the age group of 18-35 years.
- •2.Individuals that fall under normal, overweight and obese BMI respectively.
- •3.Individuals scoring less than two in AHA/ACSM pre participation questionnaire
- •4.Non- smokers
排除标准
- •1.Individuals receiving drugs on regular basis
- •2.Participants with any cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, orthopedic and neurological conditions contraindicating exercise testing and training.
- •3.Individuals not willing to give consent or participate in the study.
