入选标准
- •Patient undergoing elective upper limb surgery with brachial plexus block
- •ASA classification I, II
排除标准
- •Documented contraindication for routine brachial plexus block
- •Anemia Hb < 7g/dl
- •Signs and symptoms of compartment syndrome in the upper extremity
- •Wound at measured adhesive site of the upper extremity
- •Abnormal neurological or vascular function of either arm (i.e. stroke, spasticity, arteriovenous fistulae, or extensive burn wounds)
- •History of peripheral nerve injury or neuropathy of the affected region
- •Morbid obesity (BMI >40)
- •Failed brachial plexus block
- •Preexisting peripheral vascular disease or diabetes
- •General anesthesia before brachial plexus block
