- •1. Elderly individuals aged 60 and above.
- •2. Stable cardiovascular condition.
- •3. People who give well-communicated and informed permission.
- •4. Individuals who can read and understand English.
- •5. Individuals with a pulse oximeter, smartphone, Stable internet connection, and
- •Chair with armrest.
- •6. Technological ability to operate a smartphone for a Zoom session.
排除标准
- •1. Neurological disorders.
- •2. Cardiovascular diseases or high blood pressure not controlled with medication.
- •3. Acute musculoskeletal injury.
- •4. Lack of technological ability.
- •5. Psychiatric disorders.
- •6. Individuals who are already engaged in structured exercise training program.
- •7. Individuals diagnosed with Cancer and CKD which may lead to enhanced sarcopenia.
