- •healthy athletes without resistance training experience
- •- 18-35 years
- •- body fat < 25%
排除标准
- •- inactive (< 2 workouts per week in the last 3 months)
- •- regular resistance training (> 1 workout per week)
- •- age < 18 or > 35 years
- •- > 25% body fat
- •- injuries or acute/chronic diseases
- •- smoking as well as excessive alcohol consume (> 26g pure alcohol/week)
