- •a.Sandhi Shoola- Pain in knee joints.
- •b.Sandhi Shotha- Swelling in knee joints
- •c.Sandhi Atopa (crepitus)
- •d.Prasarana Akunchanayo Vedana-Pain during flexion and extension of knee
- •2.patients between 20 to 70 years will be considered,
- •3.patients who are fit for upanaha sweda

- •Patients having
- •1.rheumatoid arthritis,
- •2.psoriatic arthritis,
- •3.gouty arthritis,
- •4.acute traumatic injury to knees,
- •5 patients contraindicated for superficial heat therapy, patients with any kind of metal implants
