入选标准
- •Patients with spirometry confirmed COPD GOLD catgory 1,2,3,4. smokers and ex-smokers with smoking history of more than 10 pack years. Duration/onset of symptoms more than 5 years.
排除标准
- •Individuals with acute or recent history of acute exacerbations. patients with co-existence of other chronic respiratory diseases(Asthma, TB) with impaired pulmonary function. individual with diagnosed cancer, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellites, cardio-vascular, neurological and/or osteoarticular diseases with functional limitations precluding safe testing.individuals receiving home oxygen therapy.known psychiatric illness, cognitive limitations and lack of motivation.individials not willing to participate.
