入选标准
- •healthy Thai pregnant women with uncomplicated single intrauterine gestation in first trimester (not more than 14 weeks)
排除标准
- •Subjects with history of thyroid disease or goiter
- •Subjects with family history of thyroid diseases
- •Subjects with conditions or underlying diseases that affect thyroid function test (DM, hypertension, acute or chronic hepatitis, thalassemia disease, acromegaly, cushing’s syndrome and HIV infection)
- •Subjects who take medicines which affect thyroid function test
- •(amiodarone, glucocorticoids, propylthiouracil, methimazole, levothyroxine,
- •lithium and tamoxifen)
