- •1. Patients affected by moderate-to-severe psoriatic plaques.
- •2. Stopping topical therapy other than emollients within the
- •previous 2 weeks.
- •3. Stopping systemic immunomodulating or immunosuppressive
- •therapy within the last 1 month.

- •1. Pregnancy
- •2. Patients with history of photodermatoses or skin cancer
- •3. Patients with history of photosensitivity
