- •Patients undergoing surgical procedures under general anaesthesiarequiring laryngoscopy and intubation
- •Male and female patients
- •Age >18 years
- •ASA PS â?? I
- •MP score I & II
排除标准
- •Anticipated difficult airway
- •Patients on rate controlling medications
- •Duration of laryngoscopy >15sec,
- •More than one attempt at intubation
- •Use of bougie during intubation
- •Risk of aspiration (full stomach, GERD, hiatus hernia, pregnancy)
- •Emergency surgery
- •H/o allergy to test drugs
