入选标准
- •All patients of age greater than 18 years and less than 70 years with diagnosis of large or massive hernia.
- •Midline ventral hernias (primary and secondary) with defects of 5-12cms.
- •Patients with ASA-I & II
排除标准
- •Pregnant and lactating patients.
- •Patients having a stoma.
- •Patients having active infections, sinus or fistula at hernia site related to previous surgery.
- •Morbidly obese patients with BMI greater than 37.5 kg/m2.
- •Obstructive or totally irreducible hernia or emergency operations.
