- •Mothers who have intellectually disabled child and mothers of normal children in the age of 6-15 years.
- •Mothers who are willing to respond to the questionnaire.
- •Mothers who know to read and write Kannada and English.
- •Inclusion criteria for controls:
- •Mothers of children in the age group of 6-15 years.
- •Mothers who are willing to respond to the questionnaire.
- •Mothers who know to read and write Kannada and English.

- •Child with psychiatric illness.
- •Mothers who are not available during the data collection period.
- •The mothers who are not willing to attend the questionnaire.
- •The caregivers of children other than mothers.
- •The mothers who are chronically ill.
- •The mothers who are illiterate.
