•a) Subjects determined to be gastric adenocarcinoma by preoperative examination
•b) Subjects without distant metastases on preoperative examination
•c) Subjects scheduled for laparoscopic surgery
•d) Subjects who are scheduled to undergo a gastro-intestinal anastomosis with Louwai reconstruction or Billorth type 2 reconstruction.
•e) 20 years of age or older
•f) Subjects with appropriate activity conditions. 0 or 1 on Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) scale
•g) Subjects who have not previously received chemotherapy or radiation to the abdomen.
•h) the person who signed the consent form;

•a) Active overlapping cancer (simultaneous or with heterogeneous ectopic malignancy within 5 years before surgery), except carcinoma in situ (lesions equal to intraepithelial or intramucosal cancer);
