入选标准
- •1.T2DM diagnoses according to American Diabetes Association, 2013(A fasting plasma glucose level of 126 mg/dL (7.0 mmol/L) or higher, or. A 2-hour plasma glucose level of 200 mg/dL (11.1 mmol/L) or higher during a 75-g oral glucose tolerance test)
- •2. To be able to walk independently without pain or a walking aid
排除标准
- •1.T2DM-related complication (i.e, severe neuropathy, nephropathy, or retinopathy)
- •2. Uncontrolled diabetes (blood sugar levels are above recommended target ranges including an A1C level above 7.0%)
- •3.History of cognitive impairment, severe heart and liver or kidney disease
