- •2. ASA I and II

- •1. Age less than 18 years
- •2. ASA III to IV
- •3. Ischemic heart disease
- •3. Difficult airway
- •4. Valvular heart disease
- •5. Obesity BMI > 30kg/m2
- •6. Weight less than 50 kg
