入选标准
- •Had presented with a complaint of neck pain
- •Had not received any treatment for neck pain in previous month
排除标准
- •Had neck pain due to fracture tumor infection severe spondyloarthropathy or other nonmechanical cause
- •had progressive neurological deficit
- •myelopathy herniated nucleus pulposus or severe incapacitating pain
- •had severe coexisting disease
- •Being treated with electrical devices
- •had a blood coagulation disorder or were using corticosteroids or anticoagulant medications
- •had a history of stroke or transient ischemic attacks
