入选标准
- •All the patients who are more than 18 years of age and preoperatively - cT3 or 4 N0-3 M0 (according to AJCC, 8th edition) undergoing open total or subto-tal gastrectomy for locally advanced gastric adenocarcinoma, with ECOG performance status 0 or 1
排除标准
- •1.Received neoadjuvant therapy.
- •2.Patients with co-existing uncontrolled comorbidities.
- •3.Recurrent carcinoma of stomach.
- •4.Presence of other coexisting malignancy.
- •5.Other types of gastric cancer such as lym-phoma, GIST, carcinoid tumor.
- •6.Emergency gastrectomy for bleeding or per-forated gastric cancer.
