入选标准
- •Adults aged 65 years or older living in Kanagawa Prefecture
- •Able to use a smartphone independently in daily life
- •Able to give informed consent voluntarily after receiving sufficient explanation
- •No prior use of the "Oshiruco" application (new users only)
- •Not certified as requiring long-term care and without diagnosed psychiatric disorders, with independent activities of daily living

- •Individuals with medical conditions that would interfere with participation in this study
- •Individuals judged as inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator
