- •1. Predominant medial knee OA(greater than or equal to 1 in Kellgren â??Lawrence Scale)
- •2. Knee pain on ambulation of at least 2 mm on a 10 mm VAS Scale
- •3. Age >45 years
- •4. Ability to understand and follow simple verbal commands
- •5. No medical contraindications for walking

- •1. Pain/ symptomatic arthritis in any other joint of lower extremity
- •2. Structural foot deformity
- •3. Gluco-corticoid therapy within 3 months
- •4. Inflammatory arthritis
