- •Undergraduate nursing student in the third and fourth year; student at the school of nursing and midwifery in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences; willingness to participate in the study; lack of training courses related to professional communication beyond the college educational programs.
- •Exclusion criteria: Employment in the therapeutic-educational centers; guest or transfer student; absences in over the two sessions of reflection; withdrew from the continued cooperation to participate in research.
