- •Advanced or metastatic pretreated NSCLC
- •Measurable disease
- •Adequate hematologic, hepatic and renal functions
- •ECOG Performance Status of 0-2
排除标准
- •Inability to swallow capsules
- •Recent significant cardiovascular disease
- •Woman who are pregnant or breastfeeding
