入选标准
- •Adults undergoing planned surgery under general anesthesia with 2 or less risk factors for postoperative nausea and vomiting
排除标准
- •1. Preoperative drug users (narcotic analgesics, antiemetics, steroids)
- •2. Patients with a history of allergy to dexamethasone and ramosetron
- •(Headache, dyspnea, hot flushes, blood pressure drop, rash)
- •3. Patients with vestibular dysfunction symptoms
- •4. contraindication to administration due to the existing approval of the test drug
