- •American society of anesthesiologist (ASA) grade I and II
- •Weight range up to 20% of ideal body weight for either sex

- •History of chronic systemic disease
- •Known psychiatric disorders
- •Anticipated difficult airway
- •Short stature
- •Patients refusal for participation
- •Surgery exceemore than 4 hours or requiring epidural activation
