- •All patients undergoing Total Thyroidectomy
排除标准
- •1)Previous thyroid surgery or irradiation
- •2) Coexisting parathyroid disease
- •3)Age less than 12 years
- •4)Using a drug that interferes with calcium homeostasis (Ca or Vit D supplements, lithium, bisphosphonates, diuretics, etc.)
- •5)Total thyroidectomy with central and lateral neck dissection
