- •Patients requiring intubation with acute hypoxaemic respiratory failure according to the following criteria : Respiratory rate more than 25 breaths per minute, or signs of respiratory distress, with a partial pressure of oxygen to FiO2 ratio equal or below 300mmHg
排除标准
- •Intubation for cardiac arrest, Contraindications to non invasive ventilation (recent laryngeal, oesophageal or gastric surgery, facial fractures), Pregnancy
