- •1.Diabetic patient
- •2. 18-75 yr
- •3. HbA1c <10.0% within 90 day
- •4. patient with Neuropathic foot pain according to Douleur neuropathique 4 questions (DN4)
- •5. VAS > 4
- •6. informed consent form
排除标准
- •1. Contraindication to PMS
- •2. Patients with foot ulcer of peripheral arterial disease
- •3. Other cause of neuropathic pain
- •4. A communication disorder
- •5.Psychological patient
- •6.Not willing to participate
- •7. Decreased sensation in feet
