- •History of pain during menses.

- •Pregnant and lactating women.
- •Patients taking hormonal contraceptives and intrauterine contraceptive devices.
- •Organic pelvic pathology.
- •Severe systemic illnesses.
- •Patients not willing to participate in the study.
