- •Age 20-55 years

- •Taking migraine prophylactic drugs in the last 4 weeks
- •Suffeing from renal, cardiovascular and liver diseases.
- •Having major depression, bipolar disorder and psychosis
- •Having hypertension or ocular hypertension
- •Pregnancy or lactation
