入选标准
- •Aged 50 years or older.
- •Medically stable with no clinical contraindications to mobilisation.
- •Eligible for mobilisation by nursing staff based on physiotherapy assessment.
- •Mobile prior to admission that is able to walk 3 to4 metres with or without a walking aid during the 2 weeks before admission .
- •Patient and family provide written informed consent.
- •No significant cognitive impairment or delirium at recruitment from 4 AT assessment medical records.
