The use of color Doppler in screening for fetal ventricular septal defects is relatively simple and apparently useful for increasing the detection rate. However, further investigation is required to determine whether the introduction of color Doppler contributes to improving the prognosis of infants.

- •Children who underwent a maternity examination at our hospital, received fetal echocardiography in normal medical care, and was diagnosed with ventricular septal defect without other heart diseases after birth.
排除标准
- •Cases in which heart diseases other than ventricular septal defect were pointed out after birth.
