•1. Outpatients under 50 years of age or older and under 75 years of age who have undergone colonoscopy over 5 years before or have undergone colonoscopy for the first time.
•2. Agree with informed consent.

•? <50 years old, 75 years old or older
•? bowel obstruction.
•? Those who have severe constipation (less than 3 bowel movements a week, regularly or intermittently taking pills)
•? Past bowel surgery
•? Cirrhosis, ascites, inflammatory growth disease, severe inflammatory disease
•? History of cardiovascular disease, heart disease (ischemic heart disease, coronary artery disease within the last 6 months),
•? Pregnancy
•? Renal insufficiency (eg, serum creatinine> 3 mg / dl for more than 6 months)
•? Patient who refused to sign the consent form
