入选标准
- •(1) Meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for adult idiopathic scoliosis;
- •(2) 18 = age = 60, with no restriction on gender;
- •(3) No language barriers, able to understand the content of the scales;
- •(4) Has not received any other form of treatment for adult idiopathic scoliosis in the past month;
- •(5) Volunteers willing to participate actively and sign the informed consent form.
排除标准
- •(1) Cobb angle = 40°;
- •(2) Patients with ankylosing spondylitis, spinal surgery history, or rheumatic diseases;
- •(3) Patients with other severe visceral organ system diseases (heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, brain, etc.) or mental disorders;
- •(4) Patients with coagulation disorders;
- •(5) Patients with a history of lumbar trauma or surgery, or severe skin damage, infection, etc., at the treatment site;
- •(6) Patients with an allergic constitution, allergic to acupuncture needles, prone to needle fainting, or fear of pain;
- •(7) Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
