- •American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I and II, scheduled for elective surgeries under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation will be included in this study.
排除标准
- •Hypersensitivity to two study drugs
- •Anticipated difficult airway
- •Body mass index = 30 kg/m2
- •History of reactive airway diseases, obstructive sleep apnea, hypertension and chronic drug abuse (narcotic)
- •Pregnancy and lactation
