- •chronic non healing ulcer of more than 6 weeks due to leprosy and diabetes and venous ulcer
排除标准
- •age below 18 years
- •size more than 5x5 cm
- •pregnant and lactating woman
- •underlying osteomyelitis
- •patients in sepsis
- •bleeding disorder
- •platelet below 1 lakh
- •patients on anticoagulant medication
- •uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •malignant ulcer
