- •Participants between age group of 18-30 years irrespective of gender, caste, religion etc.
- •Apparently Healthy participants assessed by proforma developed by CSIR Ayurgenomics
- •Unit- TRISUTRA, New Delhi
- •Participants with moderate physical activity, assessed by WHO Global physical activity
- •Questionnaire.
- •Season- Sheet Kala (Hemant and Shishir Ritu)
- •Participants willing to give their consent and able to participate in study.

- •Persons with any psychological disorders and chronic major illness i.e., Diabetes Mellitus,
- •Thyroid disease etc.
- •Persons suffering from chronic major GI tract disorders i.e., Ulcerative colitis, IBS etc.
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
- •Persons having non-Vegetarian diet.
- •Persons with sedentary lifestyle and those having Strenuous work.
