- •2. Neck pain continued for at least more than 5 weeks.
- •3. Patients whose visual analogue scale is 5 or higher.
- •4. Medically diagnosed cases of Mechanical neck pain.

- •1. Cervical radiculopathy.
- •2. Neck pain associated with vertigo.
- •3. Diagnosed psychological disorders.
- •4. Vertebral fractures.
- •5. Tumors.
- •6. Traumatic neck pain.
- •7. Cervical spondylosis.
- •8. Pregnant ladies.
