- •Androgen deficiency at baseline
- •Planned orchidectomy within 6 months
- •Contraindication to treatment with estradiol, spironolactone or cyproterone (e.g. estrogen sensitive cancer, venous thromboembolic events, hyperkalaemia, severe depression)
