入选标准
- •1 International classification of headache disorders second edition (ICHD-2) defined chronic migraine patients.
- •2 Patients of refractory migraine with occipital neuralgia. Refractory migraine are the patients who fail to respond adequately to preventive medication with established efficacy, alone or in combination, including more than 2 of 4 drugs classes(beta blockers, anticonvulsant, tricyclic and calcium channel blockers).
排除标准
- •1 Polyneuropathies irrespective of the etiology (diabetic, alcoholic, etc.).
- •2 Intracranial pathologic lesion.
- •3 Central neuropathic pain states.
- •4 Psychiatric comorbidity afflicting pain perception.
- •5 Previous interventions for treatment of the occipital neuralgia (ON).
- •6 Neck surgery.
- •7 Coagulation disorders.
- •8 Infection at the infiltration sites.
- •9 Cervical spinal cord injury.
- •10 Intervertebral disc herniation at level C1-2 or C2-3.
- •11 Neoplastic disease causing ON.
- •12 Individuals with continuous headache or using maintenance opioid medication.
- •13 Known hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to local anesthetics.
- •14 Implanted cardiac pacemaker or defibrillator that could not be disabled,
- •15 Previous PRF treatment of any nerve
- •16 Pregnancy
