入选标准
- •i) Subjects between age group of 18-45 years requiring non-surgical endodontic therapy in mandibular posterior teeth (1st and 2nd molar) with periapical pathology having periapical index score(PAI) score >=3 (2-5mm )
- •ii) Subjects with either canine or group functional guided occlusion.
- •iii) Teeth with adequate clinical crown
排除标准
- •i) Subjects with para functional/ occupational habits
- •ii) Restored/missing adjacent or antagonist natural dentition
- •iii) Teeth with aggressive or active periodontal disease
- •iv) Teeth with radiographic evidence of root resorption
- •v) Teeth with previous history of endodontic intervention
- •vi) Subjects with systemic ailments impairing the healing
- •vii) Subjects not willing to participate in the study
