- •Patients posted for elective elbow and forearm orthopaedic surgeries with American society of anaesthesiologists ASA physical status class 1 and 2
- •Patients who have given informed consent
- •Patients with no known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic agents of amide type of drugs
排除标准
- •Known to have allergy to any study drugs
- •Age below 18 or above 60
- •Any local infection
- •Any history of pulmonary/cardiac/renal or endocrine disease
- •Patients with history of coagulation disorders or history of anticoagulant intake
