- •Patients with absolute and relative contraindications to spinal anaesthesia(Patient refusal,Local skin infection, Vertebral column abnormalities, bleeding disorders, cardiopulmonary disease, neuropathies).
- •Patients with allergy to local anaesthetics
- •Pregnant and lactating females
