简要总结

We conducted a randomized controlled trial to investigate the effect of repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation (rPMS) for the prevention of shoulder subluxation after stroke. The results showed that rPMS for approximately 20 minutes per day, 5 days per week for 6 weeks, in addition to the conventional rehabilitation, prevented the occurrence of shoulder subluxation 6 weeks. Furthermore, it was suggested that this effect could be maintained until 6 weeks after the end of the rPMS intervention.

入选标准

  • Patients with hemiplegia after stroke with stable general condition, and aged 20 or older who gave informed consent

排除标准

  • Patients with unstable general condition, history of epilepsy, cardiac pacemaker, difficulty in sitting position over 40 minutes, had magnetic materials near the stimulation site, inpatients who are expected to discharge within 6 weeks and pregnant women.
