- •All adult patients between age 18 years to 80 years undergoing craniotomies under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •1 Age younger than 18 years or older than 80 years
- •2 Unarousable state during the first 24 hours after operation
- •3 Postoperative Glasgow Coma Scale less than 8
- •4 Preoperative impairment of consciousness evaluated by a medical document
- •5 Pregnant or lactating woman
- •6 Interval longer than 24 hours between the end of the surgery and ICU admission
- •7 Enrolled in another trial
