- •Blood lead level equal to or above 70 mcg/dl
- •Occupational lead exposure for more than 1 year
排除标准
- •Viral hepatitis B or C
- •Autoimmune hepatitis
- •Wilson disease
- •Hemochromatosis
- •Significant alcohol consumption
- •Triglyceride level >200 mg/dL
- •Waist circumference > 102 cm in men and > 88 cm in women
- •Symptoms of acute lead poisoning
- •Prior lead chelation therapy
