入选标准
- •Individuals aged between 50 and 81 years old, based on their age as per the resident registration at the time of enrollment, and their actual age.
- •Individuals who possess sufficient physical abilities required for the test (able to walk with assistance or better).
排除标准
- •Individuals diagnosed with dementia due to cognitive impairment and resulting functional decline.
- •Individuals showing severe depression, with a score of 23 or higher on the depression-related survey (CES-D).
- •Individuals with uncontrolled sleep disorders, anxiety, or behavioral disorders within the past three months.
- •Others who, in the researcher's judgment, are deemed difficult to comply with the study.
