简要总结

This is a comparative interventional clinical study to evaluate the episiotomy wound healing effect of Yashtimadhu ghrita pichu and Murivenna pichu. 38 women with episiotomy wound following vaginal delivery will be selected and divided in to 2 groups by simple random sampling using lottery method. Group A will receive Yashtimadhu ghrita pichu and group B will receive Murivenna pichu. Pain will be assessed using VAS scale and wound healing using REEDA scale. Observations will be recorded at 5th, 8th and 12th day vaginal delivery. The study duration is 18 months

入选标准

•Age group of 20 to 40 years Both primi and multigravida who underwent vaginal delivery with episiotomy wound Willingness to participate in the study.

排除标准

•Women with Postpartum haemorrhage Women who have puerperal sepsis 3rd degree and 4th degree perineal tear Sexually transmitted diseases Systemic diseases like Hypertension, blood coagulopathy Gestational diabetes mellitus Participants taking antibiotics during treatment.
