入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients with age 18-59 years.
- •Patients who gave written informed consent.
- •Patients with TNSS >4.
- •Patients who come for regular follow up.
排除标准
- •Upper or lower respiratory tract infection with in last 2 weeks of entry visit.
- •Patients with symptoms due to structural abnormalities such as grossly deviated nasal septum, nasal polyps, tumors.
- •Previous surgeries involving the nose and paranasal sinuses.
- •Use of systemic/oral corticosteroids within 30 days of the entry visit.
- •Hypersensitivity to antihistamines or corticosteroids.
- •Pregnant women. Unwilling to give consent.
