- •Anticipated difficult airway.
- •Patients requiring more than 1 intubation attempt and taking more than 30 seconds for laryngoscopy and intubation.
- •Cardiac disease and hypertensive patients.
- •Pregnant patients.
- •Patients with allergy to study drugs.
