- •All patients having surgery from May 2021 to Jan 2023 for scheduled foot and ankle surgery by a single senior foot and ankle surgeon
- •Participant understand and consent to the protocol of the trial
排除标准
- •Diabetic patients were excluded
- •Previous history of CRPS
- •Allergy to vitamin b 12
- •History on drug contain of vitamin B 12
- •History of psychological content of anxio-depression
- •Cognitive impairment affecting pain assessment
