- •Healthy elderly males and females of age range 60-80 years.
- •Normal hearing and normal or corrected to normal vision.
- •Ability to stand and ambulate safely and without assistance.
- •Lack of reported regular exercise.
排除标准
- •Medication treatment that could affect the normal metabolism of the musculoskeletal system.
- •Fractures or surgery within the past 3 months.
- •Medical history of neuromuscular disease like Parkinson, Alzheimer, Vertigo etc
